We wanted a split and after receiving 4 different estimates, we chose Lamar and Service Pro. Why…. First impressions and fair price. They were quick and could install within a week’s time. They came out today and installed. Lamar was absolutely great! So personable and very knowledgeable. His workers were great, very polite and efficient in the work. They showed me the features on the remote and also the reset button on the unit. I can’t say enough good things and the company. Thank you so much. FYI…we will probably go with them for a maintenance plan for our splits and our main A/C.

Called for emergency service and they came out right away that night at 10 at night to help us get our ac unit back up and running. The next day I got set up to have them come back out and correct some other issues. They were on time, got right to work, fixed our issues and took pictures to show us everything they fixed since it is up in our attic. I called this company for an after hours emergency visit, my AC wasn’t working upon returning home. They were booked for the night, but scheduled me for first thing in the morning. Yaz showed up promptly, maintained communication during his drive over, and fixed the issue in less than an hour. Reasonable pricing, and my AC is back to working in no time. He checked before leaving to ensure the temperature was going down prior to leaving. Highly recommend this company and we will be using and referring them in the future.

We called them late on a Sunday night when we got home from a vacation and our house was 93 degrees inside. They came out quickly and fixed our issue with ease. We thought there was still something wrong after they came out because it was taking awhile to cool (completely normal), so they came back to double check and provide reassurances. They never tried to up sell us with services we didn’t need and the technician was super knowledgeable.
