A message from the owners
My wife, Lekita, and I are proud St. Petersburg natives serving families and businesses across Pinellas and Hillsborough counties. I trained at Pinellas Technical College’s HVAC program and gained hands-on experience working for a major commercial AC company, handling everything from mini split installs in tiny homes to large-scale systems for grocery stores, chain restaurants, and even Disney.
While my career in the trades helped support our family, Lekita earned her doctorate and is now a board-certified physical therapist. Together, we’ve built a trusted team of licensed professionals—technicians with over 100 years of combined experience in plumbing, electrical, roofing, and HVAC. I also work as a real estate investor, having closed over $10M in deals, and I love helping local homeowners and investors save money and avoid costly mistakes on their projects.
We're proud to support SailFuture Academy, a local high school empowering at-risk youth to learn the trades and earn a livable wage.
