I recently had a stressful ordeal with our air conditioning system, and I can’t praise Service Pros and their technician, Yaz, enough for their outstanding work and integrity. We initially contacted three other AC companies when our unit started failing, and each one gave us a different, costly diagnosis. One said our compressor was shot, another insisted on a full system overhaul, and Air Rescue told us our ductwork was the issue and that we needed a TXV part replaced—quoting us thousands for repairs that, as it turned out, were completely unnecessary. All these companies seemed more interested in upselling expensive parts or services than actually fixing the problem, leaving us worried about a huge bill.

Yaz, was knowledgeable, communicative, courteous, and kind. My AC went out in the middle of summer and the part to repair. It was on backorder. I had to go three days without air conditioning. Yaz knew that me and my puppy were painfully sweating it out. When the part came in on his day off, he sacrificed his personal time to repair my AC. We wanted a split and after receiving 4 different estimates, we chose Lamar and Service Pro. Why…. First impressions and fair price. They were quick and could install within a week’s time. They came out today and installed. Lamar was absolutely great! So personable and very knowledgeable. His workers were great, very polite and efficient in the work.
