Refrigerant and leak repair
If your system keeps running low on refrigerant, there is a leak somewhere. We find it first.

Line sets
The line set is the copper piping between your indoor and outdoor units.

Questions we get
Does the $100 diagnostic go toward the repair?
No. The $100 service call covers the visit, a full system inspection and flat-rate repair options. It is not credited toward the repair. After hours it is $250. Pros Club members pay $79.
What's in a tune-up?
A tune-up is $230 for a home. We inspect and clean the equipment, check the wiring, controls and electrical connections, look at the blower motor, evaporator coil and drain pan, clear the drain line, check the duct system, start the system up and check temperature and calibration. If a part is wearing out or running low, we tell you.
What does Pros Club get me?
Pros Club is $259 a year for a home and $359 a year for a business. You get two tune-ups a year, $79 service calls, 10% off repairs and priority scheduling.
Why do install prices vary?
The price depends on the manufacturer, the size of the unit, the efficiency rating, the condition of your ductwork and how hard the job is, like attic access or a rooftop unit. We confirm the final price in a written quote before any work starts.
Can I finance a new system?
Yes. We offer financing through Wisetack for up to $25,000, with terms from 3 to 60 months and APRs from 0 to 35.9%. Checking your options does not affect your credit score. Subject to credit approval.
Are estimates free?
Yes. Estimates for new equipment and water heaters are free. A repair visit is a $100 service call and diagnostic.
What comes with a new system install?
