The Pros Club Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to The Service Pros Club (“The Pros Club”).By enrolling to The Pro's Club, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, designed to provide you with exceptional service, preventive care, and exclusive benefits.

2. Plan Benefits

a) Priority Service

Even at the busiest time's of the year, you are added to our Priority Service List.
Whenever you need a service, you move to the top of the list, ensuring fast, reliable support even during peak seasons such as heatwaves or cold snaps.

b) Semi-Annual Maintenance

You receive two (2) complete system tune-ups per year for one HVAC system as part of your membership.You have full flexibility to schedule the visits; just give us a call, let us know you’re enrolled in the Pro Club, and book your appointment!
Even if you forget, we'll let you know every 6 months that it is a good time to schedule your maintenance.

c) Special Discounts

All Service Calls under your name are now at a reduced price of $79 per each one.For every job that ends up costing more than $699, we waive the Service Call charge ($79).

Important:

The Pro's Club Membership payment is only available one-time yearly, and it renews automatically each year.
The Pro's Club Membership requires a valid saved on file payment method.

Each tune-up includes:

Inspection and cleaning of equipment
Checking of wiring, controls, and electrical connections
Evaluation of blower motor, evaporator coil, and drain pan
Clearing of drain lines
Checking duct system, system startup, temperature, and calibration
Notification if any component is running low or needs attention

3. 3. Additional Units Plan Fees*

Residential Annual Payment Fees (One-Time)
$250 for the first unit.
Additional $225 for the second unit.
Additional $200 for the third unit.
Additional $150 for every extra unit after the third.

Commercial Annual Payment Fees (One-Time)
$300 for the first unit.
Additional $275 for the second unit.
Additional $250 for the third unit.
Additional $200 for every extra unit after the third.

*Each additional fee is only valid under the same client's name. It can be shared with different property addresses only if the addresses are all under the same client's name.

4. Payment Terms

Annual Plan: The full annual fee is due at enrollment and is automatically billed every 12 months thereafter. A valid payment method must be saved on The Service Pro's CRM (Jobber) at enrollment.

5. Scheduling Maintenance Visits

It is the member’s responsibility to schedule the two (2) annual maintenance visits.
The Service Pros will send reminders, but unused tune-ups do not roll over into the next year unless specifically approved.
Missed or canceled appointments with less than 48 hours’ notice may be considered completed for that period.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Annual Plan: The Plan automatically renews annually unless canceled in writing at juliana@theservicepros.com at least 30 days before the renewal date.
Plan fees are non-refundable.

7. Scope of Coverage

This Plan covers preventive maintenance and discounts only.
Repairs, parts, emergency services, service calls, and non-standard services are billed separately.
Seasonal discounts may apply to labor and parts, but not to specialized services unless specified.
The complete list of benefits and services available under the Annual Plan is tied to the specific client and property listed upon enrollment.

8. Changes to the Plan

The Service Pros reserves the right to modify Plan terms, benefits, or pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service Pros is not liable for system failures, property damage, or losses due to missed maintenance visits, acts of nature, or existing/pre-existing equipment issues.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
