The Pros Plan Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to The Service Pros Maintenance Plan (“The Pros Plan”). By enrolling in the Plan, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, designed to provide you with exceptional service, preventive care, and exclusive benefits.
2. Plan Benefits
a) Priority Service
As a Pro Plan Member, you are added to our Priority Urgency List.
Whenever you need a service, you move to the top of the list, ensuring fast, reliable support even during peak seasons such as heatwaves or cold snaps.
b) Semi-Annual Maintenance
You receive two (2) complete system tune-ups per year for one HVAC system as part of your membership.
You have full flexibility to schedule the visits; just give us a call, let us know you’re enrolled in the Pro Plan, and book your appointment!

Important:

To maintain the effectiveness of your preventive maintenance, your two (2) tune-ups must be scheduled approximately six (6) months apart.

Tune-ups scheduled too closely together (less than 5 months apart) may be rescheduled to better align with your plan’s preventive care intent.
Each tune-up includes:

Inspection and cleaning of equipment
Checking of wiring, controls, and electrical connections -
Evaluation of blower motor, evaporator coil, and drain pan
Clearing of drain lines -
Checking duct system, system startup, temperature, and calibration

Notification if any component is running low or needs attention

If you’re a member of the Monthly Plan, you must have been a member for six (6) months prior to using this service.
c) Additional Systems
Have multiple systems? You can extend coverage at a discounted rate:

Annual Plan: +$100/year per additional system

Monthly Plan: +$15/month per additional system
Each additional system will also receive two (2) complete tune-ups per year.
d) Discounts on Service Repairs
Members enjoy exclusive savings on repair services:

Annual Plan Members: 15% discount

Monthly Plan Members: 10% discount
Discount applies to all service repairs needed throughout the year for the system.
e) Discounts on Indoor Air Quality Products
Members also receive savings on indoor air quality products:

Annual Plan Members: 15% discount

Monthly Plan Members: 10% discount
This includes air purifiers, humidifiers, advanced filters, and other air quality upgrades.
3. Plan Fees

4. Payment Terms

Annual Plan: The full annual fee is due at enrollment and every 12 months thereafter.

Monthly Plan: Fees are billed automatically each month.
5. Scheduling Maintenance Visits

It is the member’s responsibility to schedule the two (2) annual maintenance visits.

The Service Pros will send reminders, but unused tune-ups do not roll over into the next year unless specifically approved.

Missed or canceled appointments with less than 48 hours’ notice may be considered completed for that period.
6. Cancellation and Refunds

Annual Plan: The Plan automatically renews annually unless canceled in writing at lamar@theservicepros.com at least 30 days before the renewal date.

Monthly Plan: The Plan automatically renews monthly unless canceled in writing at lamar@theservicepros.com at least 30 days before the renewal date.

Plan fees are non-refundable.
7. Scope of Coverage

This Plan covers preventive maintenance and discounts only.

Repairs, parts, emergency services, service calls, and non-standard services are billed separately.

Discounts apply to labor and parts, but not to specialized services unless specified.

The complete list of benefits and services available under both the Annual and Monthly Plans is tied to the specific client and property listed upon enrollment.
8. Changes to the Plan
The Service Pros reserves the right to modify Plan terms, benefits, or pricing with 30 days' prior notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service Pros is not liable for system failures, property damage, or losses due to missed maintenance visits, acts of nature, or existing/pre-existing equipment issues.
10. The Service Pros Licensure Disclosure

11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
