Yaz, was knowledgeable, communicative, courteous, and kind. My AC went out in the middle of summer and the part to repair. It was on backorder. I had to go three days without air conditioning. Yaz knew that me and my puppy were painfully sweating it out. When the part came in on his day off, he sacrificed his personal time to repair my AC. We initially contacted three other AC companies when our unit started failing, and each one gave us a different, costly diagnosis. We wanted a split and after receiving 4 different estimates, we chose Lamar and Service Pro. Why…. First impressions and fair price. They were quick and could install within a week’s time. They came out today and installed. Lamar was absolutely great! So personable and very knowledgeable. His workers were great, very polite and efficient in the work. They showed me the features on the remote and also the reset button on the unit. I can’t say enough good things and the company. Thank you so much. FYI…we will probably go with them for a maintenance plan for our splits and our main A/C.

Called for emergency service and they came out right away that night at 10 at night to help us get our ac unit back up and running. The next day I got set up to have them come back out and correct some other issues. They were on time, got right to work, fixed our issues and took pictures to show us everything they fixed since it is up in our attic. They were very professional and you can tell customer service is important to them. Definitely will be working with The Service Pros for all our AC needs.

We called them late on a Sunday night when we got home from a vacation and our house was 93 degrees inside. They came out quickly and fixed our issue with ease. We thought there was still something wrong after they came out because it was taking awhile to cool (completely normal), so they came back to double check and provide reassurances. Incredible experience, Service pros came over to perform a basic maintenance and check up on our system. They flushed out the lines and inspected everything. They never tried to up sell us with services we didn’t need and the technician was super knowledgeable. We told him some of the issues we had been having and he made adjustments to our system so the house would cool better, he also took the time to teach us how to maintain our system so that it lasts longer. great experience, appreciated the kindness and knowledge. Yaz was great. Someone told me they are the best and now I have to agree. On a Saturday morning it was just 1 hour from the time I started looking for help to the time my AC was fixed.
